Position Specific Description
The Project Services Lead Project Manager will provide NextProject subject matter expert (SME) support along with cost, schedule, process and crossing agreement support for Project Services and developers. This position requires a subject matter expert level of utilizing NextProject in order to lead and provide training to others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform as lead SME providing NextProject training and support of projects & team.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand budgetary requirements and constraints.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track budget performance across projects.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize budget utilization and enhance cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of project financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting processes and procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving budget-related issues and discrepancies.
• Provide crossing agreement support.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project controls and budget analytics.
Ideal candidate will have experience in NextProject, Six Sigma methodologies, Business analysis, Process design and documentation, Financial analysis, Data analysis, Project Management, Risk analysis and Lean procedures.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Oversees a variety of large-scale projects of high complexity
+ Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
+ Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
+ Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
+ Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
+ Provides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issues
+ Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
+ Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
+ Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
+ High School Grad / GED
+ Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
+ Experience: 6+ years
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
