+ As the Lead Nurse - Cardiac Rehab, you are a resource for growth and development of team members, coordinates daily operations and workflow, facilitates communication on policy and workflow updates to meet standards of care and collaborates with manager to deliver coaching and progressive development opportunities.
+ This position also collaborates with providers and staff to develop and maintain standards of practice, including department education, acts as liaison for facilitating and managing issues impacting patient care and administrative requirements such as billing and charge capture and leads American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Recertification process and ensures certification requirements are achieved between recertification periods.
+ This position has an hourly base rate starting at $35.12. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
+ In this position you would be scheduled to work 5 - 8 hour Day shifts (40 hours/week, considered full time) with approximate start/end times of 7:30am-4pm with an on-call requirement.
+ With 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible.
What is required for this position:
+ Upon hire you must have:
+ Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required within 3 years of hire
+ Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
+ At least 2 years of Cardiac Rehab experience.
+ Within 30 days of hire you must have:
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
+ Within 6 months of hire you must have:
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
(CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment)
This position is regularly required to stand and walk; the frequently required to talk, hear, and smell; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; reach with hands and arms; and push or pull; occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and climb or balance; must frequently lift and/or move greater than 50lbs; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
