Position Summary...
This Staff Product Manager position is part of Data Ventures (DV) – Data Foundations organization. We are looking for a strong PM to help us curate best in class data powering Scintilla’s ecosystem. This role will support efforts to mature data platforms supporting current Scintilla applications, launch new data platforms to support Scintilla’s growing business, and measure effectiveness across our data ecosystem. This role is based in Sunnyvale and reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management, in DV - Data Foundations.

+ Champion a customer-obsessed, collaborative, and data-informed approach to product management
+ Tackle complex challenges with creativity and resilience
+ Translate data product strategy into actionable requirements, guide implementation, and drive rapid iteration
+ Influence cross-functional teams, lead without formal authority, manage stakeholders, and communicate with clarity
+ Apply a strong understanding of data, data management, and enterprise data practices to shape product direction
+ Navigate the product development lifecycle (PDLC) with confidence and apply best practices throughout
What you'll bring...
+ 5+ years of product management experience
+ A bachelors degree is required, masters preferred
+ Experience with large datasets, GCP, SQL, BigQuery, and BI tools
+ Proven experience leading key data initiatives that support core consumer products
+ A deep connection to business and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into impactful solutions
+ A collaborative mindset and track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Expertise in data products and the ability to advocate for their value across the organization
+ A proactive approach to personal growth and continuous learning
+ Owning key data initiatives supporting DV’s core consumer products
+ Fortify your connection with our business and our customers to understand their needs
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless product development and delivery
+ Serve as the go-to-expert for our data offerings, evangelizing our value proposition across the enterprise

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
