Pay Rate:

What You'll Do as a Floor Technician:
+ This includes tasks like cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors, as well as assisting with other cleaning and maintenance duties
+ Floor Technicians may also be responsible for moving furniture, operating floor cleaning machines, and reporting maintenance needs
+ Floor Maintenance: Cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various types of flooring (e.g., VCT, tile, carpet, wood, LVT, vinyl)
+ Equipment Operation: Using floor cleaning machines like scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums, and maintaining them properly
+ Cleaning and Sanitation: Dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as spot cleaning and extracting carpets
+ Furniture Handling: Moving furniture before and after cleaning to access floors
+ Maintenance and Repair: Reporting maintenance needs to supervisors, requesting assistance from maintenance as needed
+ Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
+ Safety and Procedures: Following safety guidelines and procedures, and ensuring a safe working environment
+ Documentation: Maintaining accurate floor care logs and checklists
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings - 2nd Shift (Evening) , 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends
Job Requirements:
+ Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift/move equipment
+ Familiarity with various floor cleaning techniques and equipment
+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
+ Communication and customer service skills, especially in commercial settings
+ Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use
+ Must have a experience
+ Background check and drug screening required
