Required Skills:
Software Engineer, Front End Responsibilities:
1. Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
2. Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
3. Participate in design and code reviews.
4. Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.
5. Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
6. Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance.
7. Drive tasks across other teams and build relationships as needed across teams.
8. Design and write code that is well organized.
9. Identify code that needs improvement.
10. Identify and drive changes as needed.
11. Collaborate with XFN roles and partner teams and engage in release cycles, and product launches.
Minimum Qualifications:

12. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
13. Experience must include 1 year of experience in the following:
14. 1. Building mobile and desktop web applications using JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6
15. 2. HTML and CSS including layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
16. 3. Browser APIs and optimizing front end performance of web-based applications
17. 4. Front end development of mobile and desktop applications using React, Vue, or Angular
18. 5. Debugging or benchmarking
19. 6. Writing code for User Interface components and
20. 7. Building tools, linting and formatting of the codebase.
Public Compensation:
$187,974/year to $200,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
