    Position: Logistics Program Manager

     

    Reports To: Regional Account Manager

     

    Pay: $89,000-$94,000 DOE

     

    FLSA: Exempt

    SUMMARY:

    Global Security Operations has an incredibly exciting opportunity as a Logistics Program Manager based on a Technology Company’s campus in Redmond, WA. The primary responsibilities include the oversight and maintenance of the technologies and assets, including all computer equipment and vehicles, on the Technology Company’s campus. They are also responsible for building and maintaining operational dashboards to assist with key metrics and data visualization.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Manage the full lifecycle of operational equipment and assets, including procurement, maintenance, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

    2. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across, but not limited to, global teams, including imaging and deploying devices, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and coordinating repairs for both general technology and security-specific systems.

    3. Serve as administrator for technology platforms supporting onboarding, workflow automation, and reporting. Collaborate with internal IT teams to manage updates and optimize system functionality.

    4. Lead end-to-end fleet vehicle operations, including maintenance scheduling, vendor management, installation coordination, and compliance with organizational and client standards.

    5. Perform light repairs and maintenance on facility-related equipment such as safes, furniture, key boxes, and locking mechanisms, while coordinating with vendors for more complex fixes.

    6. Design and maintain dashboards, forms, and automated workflows using Power BI, MS Forms, Excel, and Power Automate to streamline reporting, intake, and operational decision-making.

    7. Support continuous process improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying operational gaps, and proposing solutions aligned with evolving business and client needs via data-driven decision making.

    8. Regularly interface with clients to present updates, resolve technical or logistical issues, and ensure service excellence across operations and technology support.

    9. Partner with cross-functional teams and external departments to execute special projects, support technology rollouts, and coordinate enterprise-level operational initiatives.

    10. Maintain a professional, compliant, and solution-focused work environment aligned with all applicable laws, policies, and contractual obligations.

     

    Any other duties as directed by the client or Regional Account Manager.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:

    Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending on the position.

    MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., phone)

    • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)

    • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Washington State driver’s license

    • Must have the legal right to work in the United States

    • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English

    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

    • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

    • Flexible working hours outside of normal business hours

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate degree and 4 years of demonstrated experience in inventory management and leveraging technology systems to prepare presentations and data visualizations, or an equivalent combination of work and education

    • Experience working directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, deliver technical solutions, and present updates or project deliverables in a professional, timely manner

    • Extensive hands-on experience reimaging and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (e.g., Surfaces and PCs), and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues

    • Skilled in managing and coordinating full-cycle logistics for fleet vehicles and physical security equipment, including radios, in-vehicle installations, and vendor repair coordination for readiness

    • Facilities and equipment support, including repair and upkeep of safes, key boxes, office furniture, and basic site needs

    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Outlook)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Forms, Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate

    • Experience with database technologies including SQL for data querying and manipulation and cloud-based platforms such as Dataverse for business data management and integration

    • Working knowledge of service/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), asset management tools and internal software such as Security Groups, GetConnected, Identity Pass and IDWeb

    • Familiarity with leveraging and implementing AI technologies within physical security operations and workflows

    • Knowledge of or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean methodologies)

    • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with security, IT, and operations teams

    • Calm and capable under pressure; reliable in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations

    • Leadership and ownership mindset - able to drive assignments E2E independently

    • Vendor management and coordination skills

    • Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving workflows

    WORKING CONDITIONS (Physical/Mental Demands):

    • Standard business hours will be day shift, Monday to Friday (office based). May be required to work outside of these hours due to operational needs. A requirement to be contactable 24 hours in case of emergencies

    • Computer usage which may include prolonged periods of data entry

    • Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information

    • Regular talking and hearing

    • Will be required to use vehicle in the performance of duties

    • Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

    • Must be available for frequent and occasional local travel approximately 25% of the time

    • Keyboarding, advanced computer usage and operating controls

    • Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing multiple floors of stairs; walking up inclines and on uneven terrain

    • Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling

    • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

    • Depending upon assignment, you may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others
