The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Warfighter Site Liaison to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida.
This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II) program, and serves as the primary liaison between remote sites and HQ management.
Responsibilities:
+ Serves as the primary liaison between remote sites and HQ, facilitating communication and ensuring timely resolution of SCITES-related issues
+ Coordinate and oversee support services for the remote site, ensuring the provision of hardware, software, and network solutions meet operational requirements and timelines, ensuring the overall warfighter experience (WX) is successful and achieves mission objectives
+ Collaborates with technical teams to ensure the integration of cyber systems and services across the remote site, supporting seamless connectivity with other command locations and units
+ Manage and troubleshoot incidents, escalating issues to the appropriate technical teams or leadership, and ensuring that critical systems are restored quickly
+ Oversees the management and maintenance of infrastructure at the remote site, ensuring all systems, networks, and hardware are fully operational and comply with security standards
+ Ensures that security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption, are in place and consistently followed to safeguard sensitive military data and systems
+ Provides user support and training for site personnel, ensuring they understand how to use IT systems effectively and securely
+ Facilitates coordination with other remote sites, units, and higher command levels to ensure smooth operations across the entire organization, sharing updates and resources as necessary
+ Maintains accurate documentation of operations, including system configurations, incident reports, and maintenance logs, and provide regular status reports to senior management and command staff
+ Assists in the planning and execution of SCITES-related projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and issues are proactively addressed
+ Monitors systems and networks for performance continuously, identifying potential issues and initiating preventive measures to maintain service availability
+ Coordinate Hardware and Software Procurement: Manage the procurement and installation of hardware, software and services, ensuring compliance with military standards and policies, and coordinating logistics for timely delivery
+ Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)
+ A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience
+ Must have an active Secret security clearance
+ Knowledge of military IT systems, hardware, software, and network solutions to coordinate support services and ensure operational requirements are met.
+ Exhibits skill in managing complex incidents, overseeing infrastructure maintenance, and implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive military data and systems.
+ Displays competence in providing user support, facilitating cross-site coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation of operations.
+ Possesses experience in coordinating hardware and software procurement in compliance with military standards and policies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
