    CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager who will serve as Deputy to the Senior Program Executive in providing leadership, management, and oversight for the program workforce to deliver exceptional IT capabilities and services across the DoD customer’s enterprise.

     

    The Senior Program Manager will support our DoD customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across the department to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced Program Manager that brings expertise in the following areas:

    • Organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.

    • Managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.

    • Maintaining and managing the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

    • Meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.

    • Ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.

    • Establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides leadership to a cross-functional team, managing resource assignments, and task completion dates.

    • Supports weekly customer briefings on end user environment operational performance and special project statuses.

    • Works cooperatively with technical leads to plan tasks based on priority and manpower availability

    • Attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • DoD Secret clearance

    • At least Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Program/Project Manager

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or comparable discipline

    • Experience supervising a multi-disciplinary staff (150 person or more) of various levels.

    • PMP certification or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management

    • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required.

    • Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

    • Understanding of a DoD enterprise environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to senior DoD officials

    • Managerial experience in a DoD environment with a significant number of direct staff.

    • Experience in a quality assurance environment that includes, at a minimum, knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking; user complaint and monitoring programs; and quality control (QC) systems reviews and analysis.

    • Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.

    Desired:

    • TS/SCI clearance

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting a DoD enterprise environment

    • Experience managing staff of more than 300 personnel

    • Experience supporting the Department of the Air Force

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $131,700 - $289,700
