Job Description

The Communications Project Manager will develop and enact plans to drive adoption of technology, create awareness and educate users around updates to Salesforce, nCino, PrecisionLender and additional products supported by the Sales, Credit and Servicing Center of Excellence.

The individual will be well-versed in managing large-scale projects, requiring cross-functional team collaboration and relationship building skills. They will have knowledge around impacted business lines and the technology supporting them, including Salesforce.

The project manager will develop communications channels and resources to help users learn about changes to platforms and how they can use them. They will be able to adjust to a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.

Basic Qualifications

+ Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

+ 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

+ Demonstrated management and leadership skills

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Understanding of communications methods and tools including PowerPoint

+ Strong writing and presentation skills

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects

+ Preferable understanding of Salesforce

+ Knowledge of impacted business lines

+ Strong organizational/facilitation and problem-solving skills

+ Positive attitude with the ability to communicate with the broader team and partners

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
