Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven **Senior Living Program Manager** in **Monmouth County, NJ** with a background in physical therapy to lead the development and delivery of high-quality care solutions across senior living communities. This is a hybrid role combining clinical insight, operational leadership, and business development responsibilities. Additionally, you will exemplify our commitment to excellence by strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members to deliver on our differentiated offerings.
As a dynamic influencer and trusted advisor, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing outcome-based programming, and fostering strong partnerships with community leadership to ensure residents receive best-in-class care throughout BAYADA’s continuum of services. Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive strategic partnerships with senior living communities through the development and implementation of customized care solutions
+ Manage clinical operations and ensure delivery of best practices across all community partnerships
+ Analyze outcome-driven data and key metrics to tailor programs to meet the needs of residents and partners
+ Collaborate with community leadership and BAYADA clinical teams to align goals and ensure high-quality service delivery
+ Promote BAYADA’s services and expertise through professional engagement, business development, and ongoing education
+ Support a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration among team members
Qualifications:
+ Active New Jersey licensure as a Physical Therapist
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
+ Proven experience in business development or partnership cultivation
+ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
+ Experience in Home Health and/or Outpatient settings is highly desirable
+ Background in leadership or multi-site management (e.g., Director of Rehab) is a strong plus
