What You'll Do as Director

As the Director, you will lead and grow the Franklin, TN Home Health office through strategic planning, team development, and operational oversight. Your leadership ensures compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care is delivered to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day office operations, budget, recruitment, and fiscal management.

+ Ensure quality and compliance of all services delivered by your team.

+ Train, develop, and evaluate clinical and office staff.

+ Cultivate referral relationships and business development opportunities.

+ Represent BAYADA’s core values: compassion, excellence, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Education** **:** **Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or current clinical licensure (e.g., RN, PT, OT) required; Master’s degree preferred.**

+ **Experience:**

+ At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare (home health strongly preferred).

+ Proven ability to grow an office, manage staff, and meet business goals.

+ **Skills:**

+ Knowledge of state home health regulations.

+ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

+ Community networking and relationship-building experience.

+ Tech-savvy with solid PC skills.
