    Responsibilities for a Nurse Supervisor:

    + You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in **Charlestown, MA** and surrounding areas.

    + Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with clinicians, clients, families, and field staff..

    + Supervise, support, and mentor Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in the field.

    + You will facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistants

    + Lead in-service training and ongoing staff education to uphold exceptional care standards.

    Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:

    + Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.

    + Home health or community-based experience strongly preferred.

    + Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
