Sr. FP&A Analyst/ Hybrid
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To partner with and support the leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments or more broadly in revenue forecasting and/or consolidation of results as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Partners with Corporate or Operations business teams to set a baseline forecast or target for assigned area(s) for revenue or expenses as assigned.
+ Coordinates with Accounting and Budget counterparts to provide insights into future results.
+ Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.
+ Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
+ Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial reviews for budget preparation and periodic reporting for assigned business units or areas.
+ Assists with ad hoc analysis and communicates results and recommendations to senior management.
+ Maintains various systems and updates as appropriate; may involve new and lost business adjustments for revenue and related costs.
+ Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
+ Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
+ Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred.
+ Four (4) years of financial planning and analysis experience.
