    Job Description

    An employer is seeking a Program Manager for a large financial services company sitting in Charlotte, NC. This person will be joining the CashPro (digital banking platform) team and will be handling several projects within the portfolio. They will be catering to projects for all 130+ applications that they have in CashPro so they must be able to multitask/have experience managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in a large enterprise banking environment. They will be presenting to senior level business partners and executives so they must have very strong communication and presentation skills. Other responsibilities include:

     

    - Lead a variety of different types of projects utilizing several different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployments.

     

    - Be able to work on multiple projects and may have end to end responsibility for the work effort and may lead both technology and non-technology initiatives.

     

    - Helping with project financials and partnering closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.

     

    - Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

     

    - Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.

     

    - Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.

     

    - Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change.

     

    - Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Responsible for financials and project documents.

     

    - Strong Lean Agile skills, project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 7+ years of project management experience

     

    - Ability to guide projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated

     

    - Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to Senior Leaders and Executives

     

    - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bank of America experience

     

    - PMP Certification

    - Familiarity with SAFe Lean-Agile methodology and Jira null
