Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Account Executive in driving business growth by setting qualified sales appointments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales, technology, or software, who is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused. The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients, supporting the sales team's success.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads using CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot).
Schedule sales appointments for the Account Executive with prospective customers.
Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to align lead-generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth scheduling and sales coordination.
Track and report lead conversion metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in software or technology
Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with prospective clients professionally
Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable with occasional travel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, or startup environment null
