Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a Director ERP Systems to join their team. As a Director ERP Systems, you will be part of the IT department supporting various global business units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for ERP application architecture which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Director ERP Systems

**Location:** Pawcatuck, Connecticut

What's the Job?

+ Develop, plan, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for the client’s business unit.

+ Design platform architecture solutions and manage the development lifecycle across multiple sites.

+ Support and optimize integrations between ERP Systems and Salesforce to create process efficiencies.

+ Lead the implementation and upgrades for Epicor Kinetic with alignment to organizational processes.

+ Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future systems requirements to meet business targets.

What's Needed?

+ Seven years or more of managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functionality, and Manufacturing processes.

+ Proven experience leading Epicor upgrade projects and data migration.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data analysis for business decisions.

+ Excellent communication skills at all levels in an organization.
