Our client, a leader in user experience management, is seeking a User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer to join their team. As a User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer, you will be part of the technology department supporting various application teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a self-starter attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Onboard applications to Glassbox and other user experience management tools.

+ Utilize JavaScript and Chrome developer tools to capture user experience effectively.

+ Collaborate with internal application teams and engineering to deliver complex solutions.

+ Implement innovative technology solutions using Python and other scripting languages.

+ Provide strong debugging and analytical support in a secure, multi-data center environment.

What's Needed?

+ Experience onboarding applications to user experience monitoring tools, especially Glassbox.

+ Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with Chrome developer tools.

+ Familiarity with other monitoring tools such as Tealeaf or similar real-user experience monitoring tools.

+ Experience in scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, or Perl.

+ Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
