Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and addressing customer account needs.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily check deposits with precision and efficiency.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts and invoices, ensuring timely resolution.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions to address outstanding issues.

• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle invoice processing tasks, verifying data for accuracy and completeness.

• Contribute to maintaining organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

• Assist in generating financial reports as required by the team.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and data entry.

• Strong skills in invoice processing and familiarity with billing procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
