Reputable boutique firm is seeking a transactional Real Estate Associate at least 6+ years of experience to join their team in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to commercial real estate, including purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.

• Conduct thorough due diligence processes, such as title, survey, and zoning reviews, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Lead transaction closings by coordinating efforts with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to achieve seamless execution.

• Advise clients on strategies for real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

• Analyze and optimize deal structures while managing complex negotiations.

• Collaborate with partners and clients to address sophisticated real estate matters and deliver tailored solutions.

• Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• 6+ years of transactional real estate experience, preferably within a law firm.

• Strong expertise in commercial real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.

• Proven ability to work independently on complex transactions while fostering collaboration within a team.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with land use or zoning laws is a plus.

• Experience working with technology clients or in real estate tech is advantageous.
