Position Summary
The client's Consumables Operations and Initiatives team is seeking a Project/Program Manager II to lead the onboarding of Vendors to the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). This role supports a major business initiative aimed at enhancing Receive Accuracy and selection expansion through better product data management. You will work cross-functionally with category teams, tech teams, and vendors, driving end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the single-threaded leader (STL) for the Vendor GDSN onboarding program.
+ Drive and manage onboarding efforts for 20+ vendors in partnership with internal category and product teams.
+ Develop, launch, and maintain internal playbooks, tracking systems, and onboarding materials.
+ Create and update centralized tracking dashboards to measure progress and report on key milestones.
+ Monitor vendor progression and identify/resolve onboarding blockers in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Analyze dependencies and propose data-driven mitigation strategies.
+ Document program challenges and communicate updates to senior leadership.
+ Use tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent PM software like Quip.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
+ 5–8 years of project/program management experience in retail consumables, supply chain, ecommerce, or consumable manufacturing.
+ Demonstrated success managing vendor onboarding projects at scale (20+ vendors).
+ Experience collaborating with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Proficiency in project tracking tools (Asana, JIRA, Confluence, Quip).
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ PMP certification.
