Robert Half is assisting a dynamic and growing law firm in identifying a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their legal team. This is a challenging and rewarding role designed for an attorney eager to make a significant impact by handling cases during the pre-litigation stage. Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive legal research and review claims while assessing liability, damages, and potential exposure in a variety of personal injury, business, or other civil matters

+ Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation, understand the scope of their issues, and advise on case strategies to position them for optimal outcomes.

+ Engage in direct negotiations with opposing parties, insurance adjusters, or counsel to resolve disputes outside of formal litigation

+ Active license to practice law in Colorado

+ 3-5 years of experience in pre-litigation case handling, with a strong focus on personal injury or civil disputes

+ Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to resolve disputes before formal litigation

+ Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

• Proficiency in legal research and document management.

• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases at once.

• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and ethical legal practice.
