Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will lead financial planning and analysis activities, including financial modeling, reporting, and budgeting processes. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic decision-making process by providing actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP& A) functions, including the creation of detailed financial models and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Conduct thorough reviews of profit and loss statements, oversee reforecasting processes, and analyze budget versus actual performance to identify key variances.

• Collaborate with teams across the organization, such as Accounting, Operations, Asset Management, and Capital Markets, to reconcile and analyze financial data and performance metrics.

• Develop and refine processes to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and productivity of FP& A activities, ensuring continuous improvement over time.

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple systems to identify trends and provide meaningful insights that support business objectives.

• Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership, board members, investors, and other key stakeholders.

• Lead and support ad-hoc projects, including automating reporting processes, building dashboards, and creating data visualizations to aid decision-making.

• Define and document business requirements for various initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and organizational needs.

• Participate in user acceptance testing to confirm that project deliverables meet business goals and are executed within set timelines. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in FP& A, public accounting, investment banking, real estate, or private equity.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and business analytics, with experience in tools such as Anaplan being highly desirable.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated expertise in improving processes and implementing best practices in a financial environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
