    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor/Director to lead client relationships and drive strategic initiatives within an agency clients. This role requires an individual with expertise in account management, media strategy, and both traditional and digital marketing channels. Based in Irvine, California, this position offers the opportunity to oversee diverse projects and contribute to the agency's growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

    • Lead strategic planning and execution for client accounts, driving campaign success across all channels.

    • Oversee the management and development of digital and web-based initiatives, including website creation and maintenance.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are scoped accurately and delivered on time.

    • Prepare and present proposals for new business opportunities, including RFPs, to expand the agency’s portfolio.

    • Guide media strategy and campaign execution, leveraging expertise across traditional and digital platforms.

    • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to clients.

    • Direct annual planning and budget processes for client accounts.

    • Foster team growth through mentorship, feedback, and leadership development.

    • Contribute to the agency's overall growth by identifying opportunities for business expansion

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an agency or related marketing field.

     

    • Proven track record of account management and team leadership.

    • Strong tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability and commitment.

    • Extensive experience with digital media platforms and CRM tools.

    • Familiarity with media strategy and campaign execution across multiple channels.

    • Background in healthcare or education industries is highly preferred.

    • Ability to lead strategic direction and provide 360-degree feedback.
