Description We are seeking a highly organized and reliable contract Credentialing Support Specialist. This role is critical to ensuring full regional compliance with state credentialing requirements for educators. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing credentialing data, supporting document collection, and facilitating communication related to educator onboarding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Perform credential verifications and accurately input data into internal systems Upload, organize, and maintain credentialing documents across multiple platforms Track and document compliance-related tasks and follow-up actions with precision Assist with assembling new permanent credentialing folders, including drafting communications and compiling required documents Support document collection and outreach efforts through email and phone follow-ups Partner with the Credentialing Team to execute projects and meet tight deadlines Tools & Platforms: Helios, Lever, Kronos Requirements Work independently with minimal supervision Learn quickly and ask insightful, timely questions Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain focus during short bursts of high-intensity work Deliver accurate work efficiently and under time pressure Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable conducting follow-ups via email and phone Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Experience with credentialing, HR onboarding, or compliance is a plus Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information TalentMatch®
