    Role Description:

    This role is for a Corporate Security Professional within the Corporate Security & Safety Operations team. It reports to a Director of Corporate Security and involves a broad range of responsibilities, including investigations, audits, threat management, and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep investigative experience, strong ethical standards, and the ability to operate independently in a complex corporate environment. The emphasis on collaboration, communication, and technological proficiency suggests a modern, integrated approach to corporate security.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigations: Planning and executing sensitive investigations, including fraud, corruption, theft, and insider threats.

    • Security Audits: Conducting physical security audits to ensure compliance.

    • Documentation: Writing detailed investigative reports.

    • Process Improvement: Enhancing investigative processes.

    • Collaboration: Partnering with departments like Legal, HR, and Internal Audit.

    • External Communication: Liaising with law enforcement and government agencies.

    • Threat Management: Addressing internal and external workplace threats.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit college or university, Masters preferred.

    • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

    • 10+ years’ experience in criminal investigations and corporate environments.

    • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and investigative tools.

    • Experience with case management systems and report writing.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

    • Ethical, empathetic, and objective in interactions.

    • Familiarity with tools like computer forensics and OSINT.

    • Eligibility for LEOSA certification or a concealed carry permit.

    • Proficient in firearms.
