Summary of Role: GlobalFoundries' Program Phoenix PMO is seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated Sr Analyst IT Business Operations to become part of our fast-paced and innovative team. The role will support the onboarding and offboarding of partner and vendor resources and is critical for ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects. The role plays a key part in providing seamless integration of external resources, maintaining detailed & accurate records, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about leveraging data and process improvements to enhance onboarding experience through each transition, effectively communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders.Partner feedback captured with each onboarding experience will be a key factor contributing to the success of the incumbent.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for vendor and partner resources for Program Phoenix.
+ Validate and process resource documentation and contracts accurately.
+ Maintain and update data records to reflect the correct status, access, and assignments.
+ Conduct data audits with managers and Partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of resource information.
+ Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, transpose, and report data across various formats and worksheets & enhance resource transitions model
+ Coordinate with Security teams across the globe to ensure timely and seamless onboarding
+ Ensure access requests (e.g., Windows accounts, Azure DevOps, Virtual Desktop), and SharePoint permissions are delivered within tight SLAs.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, internal managers, as well as directly with new resources to provide instructions, confirmations and access details.
+ Program management of determining active resources’ time spent on various phases and roles on various projects for Program Phoenix.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement best practices.
+ Provide regular status updates and reports to Partners and the PMO leadership.
+ Escalate issues, risks and impediments to management for swift resolution
Other Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
+ 3-5 years of client services experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing onboarding; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
+ Growth mindset and willingness to learn & change continually
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
+ Ability to provide clear and concise communication through written, oral, and visual formats.
+ Ability to tackle problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach. Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
+ Ability to work independently and proactively
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
+ Ability to track and manage progress across multiple items across multiple technologies; Demonstrated ability to organize and manage complex data sets and workflows in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a PMO or IT project environment.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint, Windows account provisioning, and IT access management is a plus.
+ Background in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
+ Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, demonstrating strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Expected Salary Range
$54,400.00 - $100,100.00
