As aDental Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for every patient. From preparing treatment rooms and assisting with procedures to maintaining sterilization protocols and providing post-treatment guidance, your work will make a meaningful difference each day. You’ll support our dentists and hygienists chair-side and contribute to both clinical and administrative operations.

What You'll Do:

+ Prepare patients and treatment rooms with care and professionalism

+ Assist during procedures with suction, retraction, and dental material prep

+ Record accurate patient data, vitals, and treatment details

+ Capture digital X-rays and ensure proper infection control protocols

+ Provide post-op instructions and help patients feel informed and supported

+ Support lab tasks and keep sterilization logs up to date

What We’re Looking For:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program

+ Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience

+ Computer literate and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

+ Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is aplus

+ A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to patient care
