    1st and 2nd Shift - $19/hr+

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for packing steel forms by hand using industrial strength zip ties. You will measure each form to ensure it is the correct length, pull materials from the line onto a cart to begin measuring and wrapping, and lift up to 50+ lbs daily. You will also conduct visual inspections of the product and transport the material via pull cart to the traffic department.

    Responsibilities

    + Pack steel forms by hand with industrial strength zip ties.

    + Measure each form to ensure correct length.

    + Pull material from the line onto a cart to begin measuring and wrapping.

    + Lift up to 50+ lbs daily.

    + Complete visual inspections of the product.

    + Transport material via pull cart to the traffic department.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in packaging, general labor, and production environments.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Team-oriented mindset.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with assembly, manufacturing environments, and production lines.

    + Proficiency in using pallet jacks and handling inventory.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, organized, and well-lit facility. While the environment is not temperature-controlled, industrial fans are used during hotter months, and additional clothing is allowed during colder months. PPE is provided, except for steel toe boots, and the uniform is paid for upon conversion. Shifts include a 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 12 am and a 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
