Job Title: Welder - Shift

Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team, specializing in welding on mild steel. This role involves production-based welding with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

+ Perform welding tasks on mild steel.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects.

+ Engage in production-based welding activities.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in MIG welding with at least 1 year of experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret weld blueprints.

+ Experience in fabrication, grinding, and using tape measures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with blueprint reading for at least 1 year.

Work Environment

Our larger facility accommodates 400 employees across three shifts. The work hours are from 4am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, 4am to 12pm on Fridays (mandatory), and 4am to 12pm every other Saturday. The work is expected to continue through Q3.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

Growing rapidly as they diversify nicely into different industries: College and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, military, schools, grow industry.

Annual raises: 2-3%

Goal sharing: monthly incentive based off of efficiency, delivery, safety and scrap. Can be up to an extra $1.80/hr
