Job Title: Production Worker - 2nd Shift
Job Description
The Production Worker will rotate through various production areas, ensuring production requirements are met and maintaining quality standards. This role involves assembling parts for various suppliers and visually inspecting all parts. The worker will report any quality issues on the line and attend pre-shift meetings on time. Safety is paramount, and the worker must observe safe work practices and follow all safety policies and procedures. Detailed assembly operations will be performed to mass-produce automotive products.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure assigned production requirements are being met.
+ Maintain production rate and quality standards for all parts.
+ Assemble parts for various suppliers.
+ Visually inspect all parts for quality assurance.
+ Report any quality issues on the production line.
+ Attend pre-shift meetings on time.
+ Ensure a safe working environment by observing safe work practices.
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.
+ Perform detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products
+ second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with potential overtime on Saturdays.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
+ Experience working at a fast pace.
+ Self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment.
+ Working knowledge of basic hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ General production and assembly skills.
+ Basic computer skills.

The work environment is a plastics assembly plant specializing in fascias and exterior plastics. The plant is clean, though occasionally dusty, and the worker will mainly interact with PMs and manufacturing personnel. A new line is launching in July, adding a third shift responsible for Ram & Wagoneer production. The pay range for this position is $15.76 - $15.76/hr.
