    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee both commercial and residential builds. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and crews, while coordinating effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee commercial and residential construction projects.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and crew assignments.

    + Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

    + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    + Handle mixed-use, retail, hospitality, healthcare, multi-family, and renovation projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $10-20 million.

    + Proficiency in construction project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

    + Strong project management skills in construction.

    + Construction Management Degree.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.

    + Comfortable with various technology tools, including project management software.

    + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

    Work Environment

    The work environment includes spending 90% of your time in the office, with most projects located within a 15-minute radius. A company vehicle is provided for your use.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
