Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support a Pneumococcal Disease clinical trial. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key responsibilities throughout the study.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Patient Recruitment – Identify and enroll eligible participants
+ Medical Record Review – Analyze patient records for study criteria
+ Participant Screening – Conduct phone and prescreening assessments
+ Informed Consent – Guide participants through the consent process
+ Medical Record Retrieval – Obtain necessary documentation
+ Scheduling – Coordinate visits and send reminders
+ Community Outreach - Visiting clinics and hospitals to educate medical professionals and patients about the clinical trial, distributing study materials, posting recruitment materials, and maintaining online portals to track metrics.
+ Referral Physician Networking - Building relationships between clinical researchers and community physicians to facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials
+ Administrative Support – Perform general office and study-related tasks
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
+ Proficiency with EMR and EDC systems
+ Patient recruitment experience
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

+ Location: Rochester, NY - zip code 14642
+ Schedule: Onsite 24 hours/week, Monday–Friday
+ Contract Length: 4 months (with potential extension)
+ Start Date: ASAP
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
