    This position involves managing commercial construction projects nationwide, with a focus on data center construction. The role is urgent due to recent project wins in NOVA, Texas, the South, and California. The position offers the opportunity to work with a leading AI Chip Developer on cutting-edge technology projects, supported by an excellent onsite team.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage submittals and submit other documentation into the database, comprising 40% of the role.

    + Handle RFIs, understand design, BIM, REVIT, and manage submittals/change orders, making up another 40%.

    + Participate in meetings, bids, GC meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings, accounting for 20% of the duties.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of experience in RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects as a Construction Manager.

    + Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects.

    + Baseline knowledge of Data Center Construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in project management and construction management.

    + Familiarity with commercial and data center construction.

    + Experience with BIM and REVIT technologies.

    Work Environment

    This is a remote position that requires handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders for projects across the country. Candidates must possess strong knowledge in these areas and be able to work independently.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
