    Field Service Technician – Daily Per Diem - $100 A Week Added For Travel As Well!!

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician tojoin our team. This role involves fabricating and installing conveyor belting

     

    systems for a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in-shop and on-site, using a range of tools and equipment to

     

    prepare and install belts according to customer specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Travel to client sites to install and replace conveyor belts

    + Cut and prepare belts in the shop using hand tools, slitters, and other equipment

    + Read and interpret blueprints and cut sheets to ensure accurate fabrication

    + Perform step cuts, finger splices, and square ends of belts

    + Apply adhesives, tie gum, and cloth to belt ends as needed

    + Operate large slitters and hand slit belts to specified dimensions

    + Use appropriate glues and cleaners based on belt type and application

    + Conduct basic rigging operations using cranes, blocks, and tackle

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience

    + Preferred experience in fabrication or welding

    + Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

    + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Willingness to travel regularly for field service work

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $64480.00/yr.

     

    - $150 added onto your paycheck when you go travel for a project

     

    - Daily per diem

     

    - Company card pays for all meals on traveling projects

     

    - Guaranteed 40 hours/week during winter months
