    Job Title: Principal Integration & Test Engineer

    • Location:Aurora, CO (Onsite, Classified Lab)

    • Clearance Required:Active TS/SCI (U.S. Citizenship Required)

    • Start Date: Contingent upon project award (Estimated July 2025)

    •Join our Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) team, where we bring complex systems to life through integration, verification, and validation. You’ll work with a cross-disciplinary team leading the industry in ground systems solutions, supporting government-led test events and ensuring our systems work the first time, every time.🧩What You’ll Do

    + Support the Product Owner in managing team backlog and planning program increments

    + Plan and support customer-led mission test events

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and test strategies

    + Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and discrepancy reports

    + Identify and mitigate technical risks

    + Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts

    + Travel occasionally for offsite testing and meetings

    + Work in an Agile environment within a classified lab

    •Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in STEM + 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree + 5 years of experience

    + Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance (required on Day 1)

    + Technical team leadership experience

    + Strong understanding of systems engineering principles

    + Proactive, team-oriented attitude

    •️Technical Experience (5+ years)

    + System/software development and implementation

    + Integration of COTS/FOSS products

    + Kubernetes/container-based system development

    + Software dependency management in CI/CD pipelines

    + Design documentation and discrepancy resolution

    + Risk identification and mitigation

    + Software builds with security and quality compliance

    + Development of unit, component, integration, and acceptance tests

    + Troubleshooting containerized applications

    + Performance metrics configuration and analysis

    + Collaboration across product teams

    + Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development models

    •Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience on prototype or pursuit programs

    + Agile or DevOps development environment experience

    + Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, etc.

    + Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master

    + Familiarity with MBSE and ALM tools: CameoEA, Jira, Confluence, ZephyrScale

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
