Pay Rate:The pay rate for this role is $21\.32 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience as a line cook, preferably in fine dining and the ability to work a fast\-paced hot line\. Previous hotel experience is a plus\! If you have a strong passion in culinary arts and a desire to work with a great team, this may be the role for you\!

A valid Food Handler’s Card isrequiredforthis position\.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook II, you wouldbe responsible forpreparing all food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest

Maintain cleanliness andcomply withfood sanitation standards at all times

Manage guest orders in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and food products

Stock andmaintaindesignated food stations\(s\)

Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen

Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production

Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
