Compensation Range

Hourly: $18.55 - $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to process incoming & outgoing wires for the Wealth Management.

Essential Functions

+ Process incoming & outgoing wire transfers for the Wealth Management

+ Ensure all wire related activity is processed in a complete and timely manner

+ Ensure all wire related activities are posted to the wealth management accounting system

+ Assist with maintaining balance between the accounting and bank related systems

+ Assist in cost basis processing and primarily quality control

+ Communicate with external custodians in relation to outstanding cost basis inquiries

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

+ Knowledge of banking products and services

+ Knowledge of complex accounting functions

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies

+ Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

+ Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience

+ High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required

+ 1+ years of Finance or Trust Operations experience preferred

*Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $18.55 to $24.00/hourly.
