The Product Delivery Coach will play a critical role in shaping our project execution strategy, ensuring that our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will coach and guide cross-functional teams, fostering an agile mindset and driving continuous improvement in product delivery processes.
As a key member of our growing team, you will be instrumental in leading change initiatives and helping teams embrace agile methodologies. Your expertise will enable you to elevate team performance and optimize our delivery workflows, resulting in timely and high-quality product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
+ Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Product Management, Product Owners, UX professionals, and development teams on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices specifically related to product discovery and delivery.
+ Helping Product Management and Product Owners articulate and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
+ Coaching the ART on identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the product delivery value stream, from ideation to release, using flow metrics and principles.
+ Coaching teams and the ART on building and improving the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Release on Demand capabilities.
+ Encouraging and coaching on technical practices that ensure quality is built into the solution from the start, such as test automation, frequent integration, and refactoring (often in collaboration with technical coaches or architects).
+ Facilitating effective collaboration between Product Management, Product Owners, teams, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment on product direction and delivery.
+ Helping the ART identify areas for improvement in its product delivery practices during Inspect & Adapt workshops and other feedback sessions, and coaching them on implementing changes.
+ Potentially developing and delivering training on relevant topics such as Lean-Agile Product Management, Design Thinking, or specific continuous delivery practices. Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coach teams in agile principles and practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
+ Identify and implement process improvements that increase team performance and product quality.
+ Support product owners in managing backlogs and ensuring effective prioritization of tasks.
+ Provide mentorship and training to teams in agile methodologies and frameworks.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
+ Coordinate cross-team communication to facilitate alignment and transparency.
Successful candidates will have the following attributes:
+ Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management.
+ Proven experience in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with tools and technologies that support agile project management.

Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in product delivery and agile coaching.
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications.
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
+ Experience working in engineering or technical environments.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire.
