    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    * Manage project development team thru community planning and land development.

    * Work with government municipals for conditions, permitting and approvals.

    * Oversee design of lots sizes and product design with engineers and other consultants.

    * Oversee budgets and development schedule thru bidding and purchasing administration

    * Play an active role in construction observation with direction.

    * Salary Range $100,000-$120,000 annually with a quarterly bonus

    *Supervisory Responsibilities*

    Directly supervises 1 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees planning, assigning, directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

     

    *Education and/or Experience*

     

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
