Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Table Games Floor Senior Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Table Games Supervisor, you will be responsible for following smooth and efficient gaming operations within your assigned gaming pits, following state gaming commission procedures and internal gaming controls. What will you do?

+ Assist with training and supervision of team members, ensuring smooth operations and consistent adherence to service standards

+ Ensure compliance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations and internal controls by monitoring casino operations and enforcing company procedures

+ Coordinate staffing and scheduling of supervisors and dealers to maintainappropriate coverage and efficient game operations within assigned areas

+ Oversee game operations, including fills and credits, while addressing guest and team member concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining a safe, hazard-free environment

+ Manage team performance, assigning work areas, conducting evaluations, and initiating commendations or disciplinary actions as needed

More about you

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a table games or poker supervisor position

+ Must have certification and experience in the following games: Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Carnival Games

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license

+ Supervisory experience in several types of table games

+ Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Physical requirements

+ Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time

+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
