+ Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accurate attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working with SAP or similar ERP system.
Job Description
The Accounting Clerk II performs diverse clerical accounting tasks, including processing, recording, and maintaining financial and statistical records.
Job Duties
+ Oversee the processing of purchase orders, payroll information, inter-departmental transfers, invoices, credit memos, and vouchers.
+ Verify accounting data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
+ Record accounts receivable and accounts payable in automated systems.
+ Assist in reconciling budgets and balancing financial records.
+ Administer the receipt of payments, prepare receipts, and make deposits.
+ Gather information for audits and assist in audit processes.
+ Research and resolve problems related to area of assignment.
