Overview
The Analyst, Paid Search & Paid Social is responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation on paid search and social channels. The ideal candidate requires proficiency in math, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creativity, and an overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage online media in the decision path.
Responsibilities
+ Gather research necessary to build a new campaign
+ Assist the manager in gathering necessary data for plan development
+ Primary party responsible for trafficking approved plan
+ Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments
+ Active monitoring and management of performance and competitive landscape
+ Monitor and optimize paid search performance to meet business objectives
+ Develop and implement optimization recommendations and/or testing plans
+ Utilize platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Reddit, and search bid management tools to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reporting, and QA campaigns
+ Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and helping to build insights
+ Maintain monthly billing and partner with client strategy and billing reconciliation team to reconcile discrepancies
+ Learn all relevant tools for search and social reporting, analytics and competitive analysis
+ Work closely with manager to establish priorities and manage workload
+ Timely delivery of all work
+ Stay informed on search and social industry trends and new tools
+ Successful completion of training programs and requisite certifications – i.e. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
+ Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
Qualifications
+ Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
+ Ability to manage budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing
+ Excellent time management and ability to take on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience in paid social or paid search campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading hands-on experience in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus
+ Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
