This role is contingent upon the award of LTAMDS LRIP OY2. This is a great opportunity to join the LTAMDS (Lower Tier Area & Missile Defense System) LRIP (Low-Rate Initial Production) Program which expects annual awards for concurrent US/FMS production programs in the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a Principal Business Analyst (P3).
The ideal candidate will ensure they provide accurate and insightful management analysis with recommendations enabling the programs to execute according to our cost and schedule baseline, while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders. This position is uniquely able to give a wide sampling and vast exposure to potential assignments within Finance and Business ranging from Program Cost and Control, Proposals and Estimating, Financial Planning and Analysis, to Budgets and Planning.
_This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be done in Tewksbury, MA Relocation assistance is not being provided._
What You Will Do:
+ Be a business analyst for the LTAMDS (LRIP) Program which expects annual awards for concurrent US/FMS production programs
+ Support the LTAMDS LRIP Business Manager through program execution including monthly EVMS, quarterly EACs, etc
+ Interface with all levels of management as well as work in a matrix environment (Director, PMs, SCM, Ops, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
+ Look at ways to improve current processes/cadences or set new ones
+ Be a strategic partner to the program leadership team, influence at all levels of the organization, and manage staffing
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years' Finance related experience
+ Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or Experience in Estimates at Completion (EACs)
+ Experience with SAP and/or a similar system
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
+ Experience in supporting Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
+ Experience in supporting Joint Surveillance Audits (JSAs)
+ Experience in developing monthly financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
+ Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
+ In depth understanding of color of money policy, accounting principles
+ Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills
+ Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Experience with PMX and C cert
+ Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
+ Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
+ Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
+ Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
+ Experience in development / strategic program new business capture

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
