    Pay: $ 17.75 per hour

     

    **Work schedule:** Full time, Monday – Friday

    **What you’ll do:** You’ll perform clerical tasks, and administrative duties in compliance with MTC and customer directives.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Type reports.

    2. Proofread material to verify accuracy.

    3. Maintain appropriate office supplies.

    4. Assist the inmate sergeant with inmate records; maintain documentation and records.

    5. Operate office equipment such as copy machines, desk top computers and printers.

    6. Operate center telephone communications and mail handling as assigned.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + One (1) year word processing or computer data entry experience preferred.

    + Valid driver’s license in the state of New Mexico or Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
