Description
WesleyLife is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our centralized reimbursement and billing team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing billing and collections processes, and maximizing reimbursement across all payer types. Additionally, the position supports financial planning efforts through cost and reimbursement analysis. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the Revenue Cycle Manager will drive performance improvements and enhance revenue cycle outcomes across all WesleyLife service lines.

As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will:
+ Oversee direct government and commercial payer reimbursement contract compliance.
+ Lead payer credentialing and payor relationships and supporting contract maintenance.
+ Analyze and report on Revenue cycle key metrics and trends routinely to leadership.
+ Advise leadership on payer mix trends, regulatory changes, and reimbursement risk.
+ Prepare and file required reports including annual Hospice Capitation reports.
+ Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal to assess reimbursement performance and initiating new opportunities.
+ Lead centralized billing operations across all service lines (Medicare A/B, Advantage, commercial, and Medicaid).
+ Ensure timely and accurate claims submission, cash posting, collections, denial resolution, and month-end close processes.
+ Maintain contracted rates and payer setups across systems, including clearinghouse, EFT/ERA enrollments.
+ Oversee collections, legal escalation, and agency placements on delinquent accounts.
+ Supervise, coach, and evaluate Billing Specialists; conduct annual reviews and set team performance goals.
+ Lead team meetings, individual check-ins, and training initiatives to improve billing accuracy and compliance.
+ Serve as lead for system upgrades, billing software testing, and EMR transitions affecting reimbursement workflows.
+ Partner with Office Managers, Intake, Therapy, and Nursing to streamline intake-to-billing processes.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reimbursement workflows and technology systems.
+ Stay current with Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations and state/federal policy changes.
+ Track denied claims, payer issues, and escalations with resolution plans.
+ Ensure compliance with credentialing/revalidation processes and audit readiness.
+ Provide analysis and reporting to finance leadership and external auditors as needed.
