    Introduction

     

    As a BPO Associate Partner, you'll be instrumental in growing our BPO business, developing client solutions, managing contracts, and overseeing project delivery.

     

    Your role and responsibilities

     

    As BPO Associate Partner you will be responsible for developing and driving the BPO business with core focus on: - Build up BPO pipeline - Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO as well build up client relationship - Develop client solutions and IBM offer with the BPO solutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs - Run contracting process with clients - Oversee delivery of small to medium deals with support of the IBM BPO delivery team This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Sales expertise, BPO experience, Industry alignment to Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, and/or Tech
