THE WORK
\- The selected candidate for this position will report to the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Strategic Effects Division's Business Operations Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a portfolio of DoD Contracts\.
\- The Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and coordinating employee recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for their team\.
\- They will be responsible for driving business results for a major portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions\.
\- Manages short and long\-range financial and program performance internally and externally\. Internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, and capital expenditures\. External management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting\. They will assess risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management\. They will interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders and support new business pursuits in development of competitive proposals and will play a key role in strategic business case development and analysis\.

Basic Qualifications:
\- Earned Value Management Experience
\- FP&A Experience
\- Ability to multitask and lead across several competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
\- Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE, Hyperion and other Program Performance Management tools
\- Proven finance and operations leadership skills
\- Strong analytic skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools
\-Strong Communication skills to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way, as well as experience presenting to executive management\.
\* US citizenship is required\. Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 \- $167,440\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

\(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
This position is incentive plan eligible\.
