    What You'll Do

     

    We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager Leader to join our IT Service Center BU Enablement team! In this role, you will lead and own key areas of software delivery by setting strategic direction, implementing modern delivery practices, and overseeing the full project lifecycle. This includes defining release plans, leading sprint schedules, and driving execution across one or more agile teams. You will focus on improving delivery system stability, scalability, and overall efficiency through strong cross-functional collaboration.

     

    As a formal leader, you'll lead a team and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will promote customer-centric product development and help build consistent delivery practices across the organization.

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    + Lead, design, and influence Lean, Product, and Technology practices with business partners, driving alignment and adoption across the enterprise. This includes championing modern engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

    + Establish good relationships across the enterprise to create a more efficient and effective delivery system, enabling the team to deliver high-value software solutions

    + Partner with Product Managers to define roadmaps and translate them into clear, customer-centric user stories

    + Serve as an advocate for experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making

    + Work across the value stream to cultivate a product mindset, guiding teams in adopting product development techniques that integrate real-time feedback loops

    + Identify and recommend solutions to improve the tools, processes, and methods used in software development. Encourage a learning culture that embraces change

    + Define, orchestrate, and lead all aspects of the product delivery lifecycle, including release planning, sprint cadence, and milestone execution across multiple agile teams

    + Establish and track key success metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, team velocity, and deployment frequency) to continuously improve team effectiveness and delivery efficiency. Use data to identify opportunities for growth and drive performance improvements

    Who You Are

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 8+ years work experience or equivalent experience

    + 7+ years experience managing software/application development projects

    + Strong leadership experience

    + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints

    + Ability to connect with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status

    + Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, presentation, and communication skills

    + Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners

    Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

    + 8+ years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment

    + Experience with SaaS solutions and working with vendor solutions

    + Experience using delivery and team performance metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, velocity, deployment frequency) to drive continuous improvement, identify bottlenecks, and enhance overall team effectiveness and efficiency

     

    Salary Range Information

     

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

     

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

     

    $123000 - $167000 / year

     

    Time Off Program

     

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
