The Opportunity

About the Team
At Nutanix, the Business Development team is a dynamic and collaborative group of around 60 members located worldwide. This team is dedicated to driving partnership growth and delivering innovative solutions within the fast-evolving landscape of enterprise technology. You will report to the Senior Corporate Development Operations and Strategy Manager. This position is primarily remote, allowing you to enjoy flexibility while still being a vital part of the team. Although the role does not require regular office attendance, we do encourage occasional visits to our headquarters, with an estimated frequency of about once a quarter, leading to approximately four trips a year. These travel requirements are minimal and are not a primary expectation of the role.
Your Role
+ Analyze and organize sales and market data to support strategies within the partner ecosystem.
+ Monitor partner pipeline, creating insightful reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency in CRM (Salesforce) to enhance efficiency across teams.
+ Drive the definition and measurement of key growth initiatives, tracking their progress effectively.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
+ Assist in the development of presentations, proposals, and business review materials for internal and external meetings.
+ Actively participate in project planning and execution, contributing ideas and solutions during cross-functional meetings.
+ Establish solid relationships with stakeholders to influence and support the successful execution of business development initiatives.
What You Will Bring
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
+ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or project management (including internships).
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
+ Experience with Salesforce and CRM management for data accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
+ Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for the tech industry.
+ Proven ability to identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 109,600 and USD $ 186,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
