Position Summary:
The Hospitality Manager serves as the primary representative of Medical Center Hospital Patient Experience for the Housekeeping Department. He/she is responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all patient experience activities in collaboration with unit leadership at Medical Center Hospital. The Hospitality Manager will monitor unit patient satisfaction metrics including all programs mandated by their department leadership.
Qualifications:
A. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Able to read, write, and comprehend English.
B. Training and Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Needs to able perform routine and repetitive duties. Neat and clean personal appearance at all times. Express concern for taking initiative.

A. Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.

C. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
